The Periwinkle Tiny House

Built using the Tumbleweed Tiny House plans on a custom tiny house trailer, our tiny house was built by home schooled kids out of Wilmington in 2014 and we bought the shell in January of 2016 and put the inside in ourselves. We stayed in it on weekends while our house was being built on the river in Burgaw. My husband lived in it for a year in Garner NC when he changed jobs. It is not self contained as we didn’t need it to be when we finished it out. It has a flush toilet, 5 gal hot water tank, 3 burner propane cooktop, under counter fridge and a 36” shower. The couch converts to a bed. We had a full size mattress in the loft but it will also hold a queen or king. She’s in Burgaw now but we will move her to Wake County if no interest on the coast. She’s a happy place! We have sold our river home and have nowhere to keep her and she is just too darn cute to not be used :)
