About

Beautiful small tiny house on wheels that can be used for various purposes including camping. Has metal roof, specially made door with screen window(has a plexiglass window that fits over the screen in cold weather with a wrought iron butterfly handle), three good sized insulated Pella windows, stained wood floor and lower cabinets, propane heat and single stove burner, hook up for RV water hose, hook up for RV electrical wire which runs 2 inside outlets, 6' bed/sofa, and lots of storage including a small attic storage with a wrought iron butterfly handle on the middle panel which lifts up to access the attic space. Composting toilet. Fully insulated, including the attic and completely water tight even in the high wind and rain storms we have had recently. I built a small deck with a bench out of scraps to use in front of the camper which can be picked up by one person and put in the back of a truck for hauling. The tiny house is built on a brand new (2013) trailer frame built to my specs just for this camper, and has a 6000 lb. axle with brand new tires which have only gone about 6 miles from the dealer to my house. It has a tongue jack and a specially built propane storage under the bay window which can be accessed through a tiny "hobbit" door on the inside so you do not have to go outside to cut off the propane tanks. 6' counter space with single propane stove burner on one end, and a place for either a water bucket or an attached water faucet on the other end (see pics) with can connect under the counter to a spigot which goes to the outside RV water hose. In other words, you don't have to go outside for water. Counter has an appliance finish on it so it is easy to clean and looks great. Has a large bay window over the tongue with stained wood shelf for a plant, books, electronics, etc. Lots of storage! Overhead battery operated lights with rechargeable batteries. Solar lights outside so you have constant free light at night at your front door. Easy to move around, and very comfortable for sleeping especially if you have a feather down comforter like me. I pull it easily with my Ford Explorer, so just about any regular car should be able to pull this. Great for a single person. Price $7500.00, but will let you have the deck, four stabilizers (6000lbs. each), has a tongue jack. Price is pretty firm as I know how much labor, love, and quality building went into this tiny house. I have a free and clear title. No emails. Calls only at 336-880-3119. Thanks!

Must have a hauling package on your vehicle with brake box and lights to haul this away from my home after the sale. It is the law in NC.
