The Music Box: a micro house

This is an extremely compact and efficient tiny house. Bought as a shell and completed by myself with the help of professional electrician and plumber friends. I have lived here happily for close to 2 years. This house comes with a mini fridge, toaster oven and portable induction cooktop, a small washer and dryer, a propane tankless water heater, and small air conditioner/heater unit. There is a composting toilet which hides away behind the curtain in the wet bath. Just as a frame of reference: I am almost 6 feet tall and sleep comfortably in the loft - even if at an angle. But would certainly not be comfortable for anyone 6ft or over. Let me know if you have any other questions!
