The Inspiration Model Tiny Home is an affordable Home which includes all LED lighting, Mini Split heating and air conditioning, SMART TV in Living Room, oversized shower, plenty of storage and more.

Exterior is Smart Siding with architectural asphalt, shed style roof, Anderson vinyl windows and painted trim. Interior is brightly painted Shiplap siding with a grey barn oak laminate floor. A sliding Barn Door opens to enter the bathroom area.

Interior layout includes white kitchen cabinets with butcher block counters with 2 burner induction cooktop, butcher block table with 2 stools, 7.4 cu. ft. apartment size refrigerator/freezer, ceiling fan and stainless steel sink.

Storage stairway cabinet to loft, entry coat closet, separate storage cabinet, oversized 42” fiberglass shower and low flow toilet, vanity and medicine cabinet. Living Room with flat screen SMART TV, comfortable couch, corner end table.

Sleeping Loft is 8x8, large enough for full or queen mattress and a separate storage cube unit for clothes.

Mechanical systems feature WiFi controlled Mini Split for heat, A/C, and dehumidify, electric water heater, induction cooktop, 50 amp electrical panel.
