The Hoosic: a Cozy, Lofted Tiny House on Wheels (We Deliver!)

The Hoosic Tiny House by B&B Tiny Houses in Adams, MA

This is one of B&B Tiny Houses' customizable tiny house models. This house will be built from scratch to your specifications. The list price is an estimate of what most of our customers order: the price will go up or down depending on the options you choose. You can see our customization options for materials, fixtures, and colors on our website.

The photos are from previous Hoosic Tiny Houses we've built. We do not have a Hoosic model to tour at our shop, but Try It Tiny has Hoosics you can rent to stay in overnight.

The Hoosic is 8.5' x 20': lightweight, towable. We can also deliver to your property.

Sleeps up to 4: two in loft and two below.

Kitchen with built-in mini-fridge, two-burner electric cooktop, your choice of butcher block, Corian, or stone countertops.

Bathroom with sink, shower, and your choice of regular flush, dry-flush, or composting toilet. Your toilet choice will depend on whether you use the house for travel or if it will be stationary, and what its hookups are. We will help you determine the best option for you.

Exterior: Choose from vinyl, wood clapboard, or vertical shiplap.
Roofing: Choose from metal or rolled asphalt shingle.
Interior: Shiplap ceiling, choose from drywall or shiplap walls.
Flooring: LifeProof plank.

The weight depends on the materials used. A vinyl-sided 20′ Hoosic weighs around 9400 pounds, while a solid wood clapboard-sided 20′ Hoosic weighs around 10,000 pounds.

This model does not come with water tanks, but we can add them in underneath the floor of the kitchen and bathroom, creating a step up from the living room. There is a fee for changes to the design (if we have to change the blueprints), but customization changes, like changing colors and materials, are free and reflect the cost of the materials only.

All B&B Tiny Houses on wheels are RVIA-certified. RV financing is available through your own bank, or, for those with excellent credit, through Lightstream.

Delivery from our shop in Adams, MA is $2 per mile plus tolls.
