The loft features steal beam supports along with our custom designed and welded floating staircase. Enough room in the loft for a queen sized bed with space before the stairs. Custom made, hand crafted cabinetry with beautiful split ash countertops! Propane Cooking Stove/oven and Hot water heater. Dickinson Propane fireplace/heater 9,000btu's (will heat the whole house). Electric retro style mini-fridge. Electric 12,000btu mini-split heating and A/C unit (heats and cools house easily). Comfortable, custom built storage couch with twin size (cot sized width) mattress for extra sleeping space and storage throughout underneath. Bathroom features a flushable toilet and 32" shower along with more space than most tiny houses can offer. Custom made Farm style pocket sliding door to bathroom. Storage closet next to the shower. USB outlets. Vaulted ceiling throughout The Hive. Hook up to a 110v outlet for power. Water lines run within the Hive to protect them from below freezing temps and make it more suitable for all weather types. The Hive weighs about 10K pounds and can be pulled with a three quarter ton truck (i.e. a F250 or equivalent).
