The Hard Work is Done!

This 10 x 20 foot tiny house is ready to remodel. I lived in it happily for a few years, and now it's been stored for a few more. It does have a roof! But it lost some shingles during the last move, so I tarped it to ensure that it would stay dry. The roof does have roofing paper under the shingles--the house has never taken on water.

Since it's been stored in the shade, it does carry an odor of mildew, hence the low price. A good scrubbing and finishing the paint job that I started would have it smelling sweet again.

Suggestions that I was planning on but never got to: swap the entry door for a couple of windows and put the bed cross-wise along the short end. Add a sliding glass door on the long side and you'd have lots of light plus room for a sofa and table.

House is both wired and plumbed but I lived off grid and never used those systems. Note pic of electric panel behind wire shelving.
