This 20' x 8' Tiny Home was built in the summer of 2018. It was initially built to be sold as a shell for the motivated DIYer, but was later worked on to make it an easier project for someone who is more interested in doing some of the final touches.

It truly is a beautiful home, with some work that obviously still needs to be done. The biggest undertaking for this home right now will be the bathroom, which is wide open for your imagination to create what you want. With that, the plumbing will need to be finalized. The home will come with a beautiful Java colored bamboo flooring that matches the beams in the home, as well as a Panasonic WhisperChoice .3-Sone Fan for the bathroom. The 40 gallon water tank, pumps for the tank, and the propane hot water heater will all be provided. The biggest investment for you will be the time and energy to finish it out, as well as a mini split if you chose to get one.
