I have been builidng custom homes for the last 10 years and decided to build some tiny homes with the same quality level as a custom home. I've seen too many tiny homes built by Joe the homeowner, and no attention to detail. Almost all the work was done by myself and my 2 sons. I have been involved in every step of the process and have wanted this to be done right. There are not many out there with the same quality and attention to detail as this one has.

Tiny Home is built on a 2022 Iron Eagle Trailer, triple axel rated for 21,000 pounds.

Estimated weight of trailer is approx 14,000 pounds.

261 sq ft Tiny Home with a 64 sq ft loft.
8'3" x 30'11 Framing Dimensions, with a 6' x 1' Front bumpout, 13'5" tall at highest point.

Furniture is not included, but can be for additional cost. $3,500. Includes the following
- Main level Bedroom Frame with storage and drawers under mattress
- RV Mattress for both beds
- Couch
- Stools
- Rugs
- Decorations
White fluffy pillows aren't included, sorry those are the wife's, and haven't been able to find any like them.
