For years now the tiny house on wheels has stuck to a pretty standard model: cedar lap siding exterior, gable roofline, and metal roof. This is not the case with the Cedar Queen though as at 28' long this gem has a multi pitch roof with dual cantilever lofts.

Built in 2015 on a triple axle TrailerMade trailer by Rebuild Right, the 330 sq.ft. tiny house weighs 16,000 and can be towed with a 1-ton pickup truck. Her exterior is visually unique combining shiplap paneling, corrugated metal siding, and cedar accents including a midsection just at the sliding, double door entry.



Once inside the Queen shines with a light and airy mix of Beetle Kill Pine paneling, vinyl laminate flooring, wood paneled ceiling and walls, and even ceramic tile.

The main living area emphasizes cozy relaxation with an inset television nook and a Dimplex Wickson 34" Electric Fireplace. Situated on the expansive ceiling is a ceiling fan/light combo with remote control. The house itself is all electric on 50amp service but is kept economical due to its spray foam insulation, LED lighting throughout, and use of natural light.

The kitchen is built galley style and features a dropdown table for two, silestone countertops with plenty of workspace, an oven, an induction stove, a Hair 10.1 cubic feet fridge/freezer, a GE 24" self-cleaning electric range with 4 burners, a large stainless steel sink with kitchen spigot stream/sprayer head, and tile backsplash!

The master loft is accessbile by a storage staircase with corrugated pipe handles fastened to the wall. The space can accommodate a Queen size mattress (inset or on top) and has 3 windows as well as a window unit air conditioner. There is cabinet storage at the headboard area and LED lighting strips overhead.

The junior loft on the opposite end of the house is accessible by a removable ladder and accommodates a Queen size mattress. The loft also has an interesting (and highly functional!) workstation with wrap around shelving and small cabinets. The loft also has a skylight and LED lighting.

The bathroom located underneath the junior loft is equipped with a full size walk-in shower stall with glass tile walls, a standard plumbing flush commode, and a large sink with vanity and cabinet/drawer storage. Hot water is provided by one of two 5-gallon electric hot water heaters. The other is in the kitchen.
