281 sq. ft. Tiny Home on Main floor with Dual loft 1 - 60 sq. ft. loft, and 1 - 50 sq. ft. loft
For a total of 391 sq. ft. (Most Tiny Homes don't count Loft sq. ft.)
8'6" x 31'6" Framing Dimensions, with a 4' x 1' Front bump out, and 6' x 1'6" Rear bump out, 13'8" tall at highest point. (All Western States have a 14'0" height restrictions
