The "Bluegrass" Tiny Home

This custom built, brand new 160 square foot tiny house on wheels was designed with comfort in mind. Plenty of large windows provide abundant natural light. There is room for a full-sized bed to slide on a trundle bed frame under the kitchen area, to be tucked away or used as a couch during the day and easily pulled out as a bed at night. This means you don't have to climb any stairs or ladders to get into bed each night. The shed roof provides plenty of room to sit up and read while in the small loft above the bathroom area for a twin sized bed. Perfect for kids, guests or just relaxing. There is ample room in the closet and a shelving unit in the main room and another in the bathroom. The walls and ceiling are shiplap pine. Kitchen features butcher block counter tops, standard size stainless steel sink, and an under-counter refrigerator, with room for a table and chair and a cooktop. The unit includes a mini split for air conditioning and heating, 6-gallon water heater, standard RV water, and electric hookups. House is built on a custom trailer by Tiny House Builders and can be pulled with any Class IV capable vehicle. Bathroom: 32in standard shower, vanity sink & mirror, custom basic composting toilet, Panda 5lbs washer/dryer
Auxiliary Loft: 4ft deep, large enough for a twin size bed or storage
Storage: Large closet, 2 shelving units (one in the bath, one in the main room)
Exterior: Metal roof, Hardie Board (concrete board siding)
