We are proud to announce the arrival of our all new, already-popular Model Tiny! For the past two years we have been building Model Tinies for our customers throughout the United States. They currently are located in over 30 states.

After all that success in providing tiny housing for good folks like yourself, we decided it was time to go back to the drawing board.

This fully certified 24' Model Tiny features an open floorpan with downstairs sleeping as well as ample room above the bathroom for a sleeping loft which can easily accommodate a full-sized bed. Please note the loft should be sleeping at your own discretion since there is no egress window. The loft also features high-quality waterproof flooring just like the rest of the home. The loft means this home can sleep up to four people!

The two windows on the back side and front side of the home are 5'x4' tempered glass for huge windows and make the space feeling brighter and larger. Imagine waking up each morning to those views while still in bed.

The kitchen features very high-quality 100% wood cabinets with soft-close doors. The countertops are quartz for added beauty, functionality and longevity.

The kitchen also features a large stainless steel sink for easily washing dishes and preparing meals. Cook your favorite meals with the two-burner convention cooktop. Lots of storage for food, dishes and whatever else you need to store.

The flooring in this home is extremely high-quality LVP flooring that's waterproof and padded underneath.

The entry door features full-length tempered glass for extra light and visibility.

The walls are made of cabinet-grade plywood that is nickel-gapped. The ceiling is a combination of shiplap board and also cabinet-grade plywood.

The electricity is supplied by 50 amp power. The water is hose-fed. All utilities are underneath the tiny home to make everything nice and tucked away.

If this tiny house is not large enough for you, we will also be building them in sizes 28' and 32' in the near future!

Since this tiny house is fully-certified that means you can pay cash or finance it. Please note that financing will incur a processing fee.
