Terrapin Tiny House 80% complete built with quality wood and finishes including heart pine floors and tin ceiling

This tiny house has been a labor of love over the last decade. Before we could finish it, life intervened and we had to move to care for my mom. It has 200 year old heart pine floors, a coated tin ceiling, pine shiplap siding, a standing seam metal roof, 8 windows and 2 skylights. There is a storage compartment at the back which also has the electrical box. The wiring is all run but a few switches and outlets still need to be installed (they are already purchased and part of the sale). The plumbing is run and only the faucets and the toilet need to be installed (also already purchased and part of the sale). The propane lines are run but you need two propane tanks, one for the 24” stove and another for the Precision Temp instant hot water heater. No heating or cooling unit but a direct line has been run to install one. The bathroom needs a shower surround, it already has the shower pan, and there is wainscoting for the bathroom walls included in the sale as well as insulation for the walls. There is one exterior window pane that is cracked in the loft window but the interior is still sound. There are several repairs needed to the porch railing. The paint on the shed is peeling but the rest of the exterior paint is in good condition. There is a storage cabinet inside which could be permanently anchored to the wall by the door or by the kitchen or can be removed. It currently houses the rest of the supplies included in the sale. There is an 8’ ladder to access the lofts included in the sale. This is an As Is Where is Sale. It has 4 brand new tires but we recommend having the axles and lights checked prior to moving it.
