SOLD 031717 - New Tiny Home on wheels, elegant and unique. Interior has a warm renovated-urban-loft feeling, with brick columns, copper railing, barnwood accents and hickory flooring. Counters are polished granite. Stairs are all cabinets and drawers. There is lots of storage in the long kitchen and there are huge cabinets in vault above the kitchen for deep storage. The loft is roomy, big enough for a king size bed easily, and still have room for more storage. Ceiling of loft is over 4' high and over 3' on the side so you can sit up against the wall, which is nice. There is a laundry closet with hookups for washer/dryer. On-demand gas water heater and gas cooktop are included, along with gas tank. Under counter fridge is included, and end section of granite counter top is removable to allow a larger fridge. Pub set and new muslin futon (the window seat slides out to make a day bed) are included. Shower is subway tile and 4' wide. Toilet is flush type but conversion to composting toilet is easy (you buy the toilet, I install it no charge).

Home is 25' on a new 22' Carson trailer, with lights, brakes, emergency stopping system, and current California registration and plates. Weight is 10,500 so this home is more suited to plugging in somewhere than for camping. Water, electric and septic hookups are standard RV. Tanks are not provided. California residents must add 7.25% sales tax. Delivery is free in Western states. You must determine if occupancy of a trailer coach like this is allowed where you are or if you even need a permit at all; every state is different, every county, every city....some places are wide open (no codes or no code enforcement), some places are highly restricted and will not allow Tiny Homes at all (most of Los Angeles, for example).
