This THOW can be towed on the highway without a permit. It is 8' 6" wide, 13' 5" tall and 24' long with an additional 2' bump out garage on the back for extra storage. The actual square footage with lofts and garage is 320 sq. ft. Check out the new Portland City Council regulation which makes way for a THOW on private property with exceptionally minimal requirements and no permit.
