Sweet Tiny Home with all the amenities

This beautiful tiny home has served as our primary residence for the last 3 years, but now that our family has expanded, we are selling it. It is 28' long, and 8' wide, with a blend of 35/50amp hookups, solar options, and Swedish composting toilet with a vent, and a traditional grey water run-off system in place. It has a VIN number and a permanent Oregon license plate, and it has all of the paperwork and inspections in place to be licensed and insured as an RV.
This home is build on a triple-axle trailer with all of the lights and hookups for a ball hitch to tow it. We have towed it from Oregon to California to Nashville with no issues, and with stabilizing bars it is easy to drive with a 3/4 ton truck or bigger. It has been moved with an F-150, but not too far. The construction was completed by a licensed RV construction company in Salem Oregon (Vintage Cottages), and we finished the interior design aspects ourselves. It is well-insulated with R-15 insulation, foam-backed pergo wood floors, and all of the paneling is pine and cedar, so the inside smells wonderful. There is a full kitchen with a 20" propane stove/oven, double sink, new plumbing fixtures (all plumbing work has been professional, as well as all the electrical work), and a 3/4 size refrigerator. The bathroom has a Swedish composting toilet with a vent (no smell whatsoever), and a large jacuzzi tub and hand sink. There are 2 lofts: one is 8'x9' (big enough for a king size bed) with a staircase leading to it, and the other is 8'x5' (big enough for a twin or double mattress) with a ladder. We have lived comfortably with 3 people in the house for 3 years, and there is enough room to move about easily, even with one of us having faily severe movement restrictions. There are hookups for an all-in-one LG washer/dryer in the stairs, and all of the appliances are either electrical or propane.
*Some repairs are needed*: The water heater needs to be reinstalled, it is a propane on-demand water heater, and while we were out of town this last (very cold) winter, one of the attachments cracked and it has not been reinstalled yet. There are two broken window panes in the kitchen from the last move from California to Nashville that will be easy fixes, and the exterior could use a new coat of stain/sealant. These are the reasons for the price reduction, we honestly just don't have the time to invest in fixing these before sale. Everything else is in perfect working order, and although it is parked in storage at the moment, we should be able to get an extension cord out there and show you how everything works when you come take a look!

This home comes with a stove ($600 retail), refrigerator, portable air conditioner (kept the whole house at 71 last summer in 100+ degree heat, $350 retail), 2 propane tanks, a spare tire ($100 retail), table and chairs, kitchen island, microwave, jacks to level the house when it is parked, RV sewer hookup tubing, a 50amp extension cord that runs the length of the house ($200 retail), and a heated clean water hose ($150 retail). This is a great deal, and if you are interested in having a tiny house that is ready to live in or park on your property as a vacation glamper or a hunting cabin, this one is the most ready-to-live-in unit you will find. We have loved it, but we are ready to pass it on.
