- Structural Engineering, design criteria allow for hurricane-level winds & high seismic loads
- Building shell including structural walls, floor, & roof (slab on grade is not required)
- Exterior grade DensGlass sheathing & Tyvek house wrap to exterior walls only
- Insulation and vapor barrier for a floor cavity
- Allowance for freight and installation, will be finalized on review of precise delivery location
