For this to be operational as intended, you'll need to connect 30amp power, propane tank, and either city sewer line or add a sewer tank. I've turned the unit on with a generator and everything works great.

Dimensions: It's got a 26'x8' interior footprint and has an 8x8 sleeping loft. That's 272 square feet of interior living space! Super tall ceilings - 11' floor to ceiling apex interior height. Feels very spacious and roomy! 14' total height Exterior is 28' including the tongue and 9' wide including the wheel wells.

This is a custom build. It's not a factory build from a manufacturer. That has pros and cons... the downside is that insuring the build on top of the trailer is difficult (as it is for nearly all tiny homes). The solution is to insure the trailer alone, then ask your insurance company to insure the value of the modifications and cargo. The pro is that it's super cheap to register/title/insure (I think it's around $120/year in Nevada). In the long-term, if you don't intend to move it around after getting it to it's home, you would only need a temporary moving permit for transportation.
