Super compact, somewhat unfinished Gifford-style tiny home

This tiny palace was modeled using Jay Shafer's Gifford plans. The ultra-small footprint makes it more mobile and simple, but the design makes it feel far larger on the inside and super spacious for one person. It has a mini wood stove that has kept me warm on windy 15 degree nights, sleeping loft with skylight, beautiful hemlock floors and beams, built in sturdy desk/table with storage underneath, unfinished bathroom, and a ~2x4 ft kitchen area with a small sink that can drain into a tank. There is no plumbing or electricity built in to the house, but I can provide the original building plans to someone wanting to install more features, and there is currently a 100-watt solar panel hooked up to a 400 watt goal zero that works for lighting, a refrigerator, and charging electronics.

The house is available the first week of September, and will likely need to be moved off it's current property. It has not been formally weighed, but is estimated to weigh between 5500 and 6500 lbs (house + trailer).
