Dry-Flush Toilet (a value of $1,000) and does not need a septic tank. No black tank. Plumbing for gray water only. There is a portable shower in the wood-burning sauna.  Hot water is generated through the sauna heater and flows to the kitchen and bathroom through the gravity feed system. There are never any problems with frozen pipes due to this and you don't need to take any winterization steps! Can be used all year round. It has a 120-volt outlet, the solar system has two large batteries, and a converter from 12V to 120V. 

This is a long-lasting well-built homemade from completely natural cedar and pinewood and will last for decades!
