Sitting on a heavy-duty triple axle trailer is this RVIA-certified tiny house on wheels. With its chic exterior and rustic interior, it is 28ft x 8.5 ft, legal to tow with a 1/2 ton pickup truck, and has not been moved since purchased so it has no wear and tear.



Clad in Garden Flower Grey vinyl siding, the home also has white skirting to protect the tires and keep out cool air in the winter. It has a large picture window, 11 additional windows, and a 1-lite exterior swing door. Once inside you are treated to white-washed Pine T&P paneling, ample storage, and great style.

Just across from the entry door is a full-size fridge/freezer. However, to the right is a ladder up to one of the two sleeping lofts. This particular loft has small windows for circulation and cross-breeze, halo lights, and room for clothes storage. This is also the loft overtop of the bathroom.

The bathroom features a full bath with a 36” x 36” shower, a sink and vanity, and a flush commode. In the bathroom is also shelves for baskets or towels or any number of things.

Moving back out into the tiny house is the kitchen. The galley kitchen is equipped with butcher block countertops, white cabinetry, the aforementioned fridge, an oversize sink, open shelving, and a propane stove. There is also closed cabinetry by way of the base cabinet, and an oversize window just at the drop leg table. An excellent spot for enjoying a meal!

Past the kitchen is a living area that has a DIY day bed for comfortable lounging in front of the hanging flat screen TV. Above the living area are exposed beams enhancing the rustic feel of the home. Closing out the space is a set of stairs leading up to another sleeping loft. Considered the master bedroom, the loft fits a large bed, has natural light via two windows, and has plenty of headroom. It is a perfect space for a roommate or a guest.
