Cedar-sided tiny house made of quality materials, light-filled

Well-constructed tiny house, built on an 8' by 20' Tumbleweed trailer with all new materials. Cedar wood exterior and deep red aluminum roofing. Built in 2015 according to Linden plans designed by the Tumbleweed Tiny House Company.

Exterior is completed, interior is unfinished except for the pine board floor loft, which can accommodate a queen-sized bed. The view from the bed is out a dormer window at the front of the house. There is a small storage loft below the front dormer window.

The interior is partially wired for electricity and has been framed. Architectural plans from Tumbleweed included to aid in completing the interior. In addition to the loft above, the plans include a twin-sized sleeping room on the ground floor at the back of the house. Purchase price includes all natural wool insulation from Oregon Shepherd and pine plank paneling (see photos) to finish the interior walls.

This tiny house is a certified RV and has a street length width of 8'6" and height of 13'14". The weight of the house and trailer is approximately 8,800 pounds. The house can be towed by a 3/4 ton truck or larger with a tow capacity of 10,800 pounds. The needed hitch type is class V, with a ball size of 2-5/16". Trucks capable of towing a tiny house can be rented from Home Depot by the hour, or a tow truck driver can be hired. Alternatively, Uship.com could help you arrange for a tow truck.
