Stony Ledge Model Tiny House

Selling a Tiny House on Wheels, that was purchased new in June of 2019 from B&B Micro Manufacturing, Inc. located out of western Massachusetts. This is their Stony Ledge model and had an MSRP of $89,000. This is an extremely luxurious and spacious thow that boasts a first-floor bedroom, tiled shower, and quartz kitchen countertops. The exterior of the unit has a single pitched roof with shingles, solid wood clapboard siding, double-paned windows, and three planter boxes.

On the inside, there are Barnwood ceilings throughout, with dimmable inset lighting and LifeProof flooring. The bedroom is strategically located on the first floor, which means no sleeping in a loft! A sliding barn door separates the bedroom from the rest of the house. The queen bed has built-in underneath storage, a custom Barnwood headboard and nightstands that match the ceiling. Also in the bedroom, you have a ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a closet with ample storage space.

The living room consists of an upholstered storage bench with room for baskets or trunks underneath. Another wall mounted flat screen TV that is placed above a breakfast bar which has seating for two. Inside the unit is a built-in Bluetooth speaker system that can be controlled by your smartphone or in the wall controls. The kitchen has custom built cabinetry with quartz countertops. There are stainless steel appliances that include an energy star apartment fridge/bottom freezer, a propane stove/oven, and microwave.

The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub combo with a rain shower head, mini sink and large storage shelve unit. There originally was a macerating toilet that I had the builder replace with a Separett composting toilet. Only the toilets were swapped and there is still the macerating equipment underneath.

The unit has a 50 Amp power hookup. Water tanks for fresh water and black water (100 gallons) with a digital tank level indicator inside the house. There is a 9,000 BTU mini-split for heating and cooling, with a backup electric in the wall heater to supplement heating during subzero conditions. The thow has an instant hot water heater and is insulated for 4 season use.

The thow is RVIA- certified travel trailer and was easy to take out an RV loan. This house has only been lived in for 8 months and performed amazing during the winter months. The house is located in Southern, New Hampshire.
