Sterling Public Schools

This tiny house has 170 sf of living space on the main level and a 60 sf "bedroom loft" It is currently set up to be fully electric. There is a Mitsubishi mini split for heat/AC, and an electric water heater. It is wired for an electric range and a stacked washer and dryer although neither is included. the plumbing is roughed in so it can be set up for RV style tanks, or setup for septic or sewer. It sits on a 14,000 GVWR Trailer Made trailer. It was built by the woodshop advanced studies class at Sterling High School. There are a few items left to complete, but for the right offer these things could be finished. It is a 24x8 trailer, and the tongue extends an additional 4". The peak of the roof is 13'6". The height of the area under the loft is 7" high. The loft is 8'6"x7'3" and is 40" at the peak and slopes down to 30". NO SHIPPING
