This tiny home is brand new construction and ready for an occupant! Primed and ready - it just needs to be moved to it's forever home. No utilites as it's set up to be moved so must be hooked up separately once it is on-site at it's new home. But don't worry: the groundwork is done so hooking it up is just a matter of where and what you are going to do with it! Features include an open living room / kitchen, a separate bedroom, and extra storage space in the rafters. The electric fireplace keeps the space warm and cozy and a separate rennai heater in the bedroom gives you extra control of the heat reguation. Hookups for a stacked washer/dryer so you don't have to go off-site for laundry if you don't want to. Floor plan sq ft is 496 - however there is additional storage space in the bedroom that is not counted in this number.

What is included in the price of this home:
* Transfer to anywhere in the Western half of the US, this unit can be moved anywhere in the US but we may ask to split the moving costs with you if more than 1,500mi.
* We are proud of our work and we want to make sure you are happy too. We cover any cracks that may appear in the sheetrock after transfer occurs.
* We have a finace institution lined up and approved to finance this home, we are willing to help you get started if that is something you are interested in.

What is NOT included in the price of this home:
*We recommend skirting arround this home. The floor is not insulated and is on a mobile frame to allow for plumbing and electrical access on site. Skirting will insulate and mazimize efficiancy for your home.
* A plumber and Electrician will be needed to hook up utilities on the site of your home. This is your responsibility to coordinate and pay for.
*There are no Appliances included in the cost of this home.
