Hello fellow tiny home enthusiast,

This utterly charming tiny house on wheels is perfect for anyone interested in being a part of the tiny house movement. Whether you are a college student, recent graduate, a couple looking to live simply, single, ready for an adventure or are aged to perfection, this house is right for you. "Hammy," as I like to call her has minimal additions to the interior allowing for any new owner to truly make it their own. With touches of beautifully crafted details throughout you are sure to fall instantly in love. This house was designed an built by myself and my father for my thesis at USF SACD. My father and I were featured on HGTVs Tiny House Hunters!

At first glance you will notice the extremely inventive use of space with the vertical garden designed to hang along the exterior walls. The hanging garden is easily maintained from the handcrafted front deck which can be easily broken down and moved from place to place. This wood deck also acts as a bar in which you can entertain guests at.

As you enter through the all glass JeldWen front door you are immediately captivated by the 10' tall, naturally lit space you walk into. This living space is flooded with light from the home's 11 brand new JeldWen windows and 2 Velux skylights.

The all pine interior was left natural to accentuate the beautiful colors of the entry accent wall. This accent wall is made up of a variety of stained, reclaimed pieces of wood. The living area includes a couch which folds down into a twin bed, perfect for guests or those wary of sleeping in a loft. There is also a fold away table and chairs for two, which acts a craft table, dining table, work table, etc.

The kitchen has a large stainless steel sink and about 4' of counter space. The house comes with a 4.3 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer and a compact microwave. Access to the extremely spacious loft is through the kitchen up a handmade oak ladder. If you are concerned about going up a ladder every night and prefer stairs, don't you worry there is plenty of room for you to add a staircase. The loft comes with a queen mattress and can easily fit a king sized mattress. Along with a sleeping loft is an additional storage loft which I current use as a reading nook. From the loft you can climb out onto the roof through the large Velux skylight that fully opens as a means of egress. I spend a lot of time on the roof looking st the stars and enjoying the view.

Also included in the house is a EcoTemp tankless water heater, a Pioneer air conditioner/heater, a full size RV toilet, a tub with a stand up shower as well as built in storage. After a year of living in this house I have found that my electric bill averages $10/month. The house was built on a Tumbleweed trailer designed specifically for tiny houses.
