Great construction meets a superior concept. The frame of the trailer is all perimeter steel with steel cross members and pressure treated floor over that. All the materials above the foundation are ether aluminum or glass...no wood or steel, rust or rot. Miami-Dade rated glass, two all glass doors, vaulted ceilings, and water tight insulated aluminum roof.
Here is where it gets innovative:

-dual axel
-16" dual steel wheels of standard trailer size
-scissor lift/lower axel system that raises to tow the trailer and lower and level it to the ground.
-custom hand hydraulic system operates axels.
-engineered to tow easily (I tow it with a 4Runner) without whip.
-both front and back have windows that open and close along with screens.
-one entire side of the trailer is glass while the other is insulated doubled wall aluminum.
-two $1200 all glass doors with custom locks are on the glass side of the trailer.
-the entire trailer is wired for 110 watt including three outlets, two overhead fans and/or lights, and two outside floods all controlled with switches inside the trailer.
-one single heavy gauge extension plug powers it all
-there is a tub/shower that was a display that can be retained or taken out
-vaulted ceiling soars to over 13'
-trailer will literally "lay" flat on the ground
-great start to a tiny home, quick and legal building in your back yard, or dry storage unit without the monthly payments.
-trailer needs pressure washed and the frame needs painted (surface only rust). Tires are 60%, and the hydraulic hand pump could use new lines and fluid.
-Has trailer brakes but I never needed or used them.
