Built on 5"x6" treated skids, w/ cable on both ends for hauling,  8'x12'  w/ bay window seat w/ cabinet, decorative center window, cork paneling, main area alder wood 1x6 paneling, cherry trim, kitchenette cabinets, ceiling fan, steel decorative entry door, 8'x8'x4' loft area, w/ wood 1x3 paneling, vaulted ceiling: weathered beams/ 1x6 panel, standing seam metal roof, detached 4'x8' entry deck, height: approximately 13' 6". Insulation: Floor-R19, Walls-R11, Ceiling-R30. The sketch is done in approximations. 8.5'x12'x13.5': w/overhang 20' long. Size (sq. ft.): 96 sq ft plus 64 sq ft loft.
