The van is ready for all four seasons with a wood burning stove and 2 ventilation fans. We've been in weather ranging from 20F to 100F and have remained comfortable and cozy. The van is TALL & LONG! It easily fits someone 6'2", my husband is 6'4" and he can stand up but has to turn his head a bit.

THE BUILD:

Fully insulated with PolyIso, sound deadener, and spray foam. We've lived in the van from temperatures as low as 20F and as high as 100F. We used gym mat rubber to insulate flooring. Flooring is grey vinyl plank.

The QUEEN SIZE bed converts to a table, made up of 5 pieces of 6" Queen Size Memory Foam Mattress with collapsible table stand. Insulated Blackout Curtains & Reflectix Magnetic window coverings on all windows.

The Kitchen: Norcold front facing fridge and freezer combo. 2 burner stove - suburban cook top, with BBQ size propane tank. 15" bar stainless steel bar sink, fully functioning microwave.

Plumbing: jerry can system holds up to 25 gallons of water and pumps through a 12v water pump and accumulator tank. For drinking water, we put in a Reverse Osmosis Filtration System. Trash cans are a rolling pull out with two compartments: recycling and trash.

The backsplash is Morroccon themed vinyl tile stickers.

Safety: comes with a Fire Extinguisher, CO monitor, smoke detector, and propane detector.

Temperature: Grizzly Cubic Mini Wood Burning Stove that has kept us warm in temperatures below 20F. For heat, we have two MAXX Air vans that are specifically designed to maximize air flow through the van.

Electrical: 420Ah of Batteries, Two 250 Watt Solar Panels, AIMS 2000w Inverter, Solar Charge Controller, Inverter Remote, Battery Monitor, Charging Relay, Negative Bus Bar, Circuit Breakers, 12v Socket, Romex 12/2 wire. Will easily charge laptops, run microwave, and Instant pot for 3 days without getting more sun.

3 LED Lights overhead, 2 LED lights over the kitchen, and Chandelier over the bed/table combo.

Storage: the "garage" comes with two huge storage bins, we fit multiple bear canisters, extra jugs of water, all our backpacking and bike gear in the back.

Accessories: 12v Vacuum, Thermometer, WIFI Booster, Safe, Toilet (never been used), Carsoft Scanner, Curt Trailer Hitch and bike rack to attach bikes to the back of the van.
