Spring Creek Tiny House

This adorable and extremely well built tiny house has been our home for the past year and we plan to live in it until June 2019, when we graduate with our master's degrees from the University of Wyoming. We want to sell it once we graduate.

The house has a full loft that can accommodate a king bed, as well as a second loft big enough for a twin mattress or plenty of storage. The house is equipped with RV style water, waste, and electric hookups, an Eccotemp propane tankless water heater, Magic Chef 4.3 cubic ft. mini fridge with freezer, Cook toaster oven, Ovente 2 burner cooktop, Koldfront electric AC/heating unit, and an Edgestar 2 cubic ft. washer/dryer combination. The Spring Creek is cable/wifi ready, and 40" RCA flat screen tv is being offered with house, a universal TV wall mount is currently installed. Lastly, your future home comes with matching red metal skirting that wraps around the whole house.

The Spring Creek is currently insured with American Modern Home Insurance Co.
