Splendor Model Home - Never Lived In

We're selling our model home! The 24 foot beauty has never been lived in, but has had quite a few visitors. It is a wood frame with closed cell spray foam that weighs in just under 12,000 lbs. on a custom made structural steel trailer. The entire undercarriage and wheel wells are coated with Bullet Liner.

Electric and plumbing done by pros, all the cabinetry is custom. Standing seam metal roof with hidden attachments. Beautiful 50" electric fireplace provides the heat, the a/c is a portable unit and is included. The fireplace is enclosed in a custom cabinet that boasts white solid surface counter top and a swing out oak dining table. The carpeted loft, which has a queen sized mattress, is accessed by a custom storage staircase.

The bathroom in this house is gorgeous; completely wrapped in white subway tile, with a blue penny tile floor. It also has a full sized bath tub with a 16 gallon electric hot water heater and an amazing LED back-lit mirror. It has a composting toilet. Moving from the bathroom to the kitchen, you pass the custom oak sofa with its gray chenille cushions which face the mounted 42" tv. The kitchen has more than enough cabinet space and a waterfall solid surface countertop, double induction cooktop, pull out pantry, lazy susan and 11 cu ft refridge. All of the fixtures are brushed nickel and of high quality. Plenty of double pane low-e windows provide a lot of natural daylight. This house runs off of a 50 amp service but also has an extension cord option. There is no mini-split but the wiring is there if you'd like to add one. We have $56,000 in this house and are asking $55,000 for it.

There is no warranty and this house is AS-IS, with no known problems. I'm willing to negotiate but don't waste my time if you're not serious please.
