Delightful rustic modular tiny house warmed in the winter and cooled in the summer by a mini split. This western style hand crafted tiny house is very custom and cozy and could be lived in comfortably year round.

This house has both a downstairs attached bedroom and two lofts. One loft can be accessed by a sliding hand made stair case that hinges up out of the way when not in use. The second loft is accessed by a ladder that folds in tight against the wall when not needed. Light fixtures are handmade and reminiscent of old times when lanterns were the primary light source. This reclaimed tiny house is cozy and functional and will remind you of yesteryear. Hot water is electric on demand and provides a nice hot shower. This modular unit is semi stationary with the attached bedroom. It could be set up without the bedroom addition if desired which would make it mobile.
