The house is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Full plumbing and electrical installed. This mini house contains separate living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room and bedroom, with air conditioner, heater, washer and drier ready. There is also an attached deck! Plenty of storage are designed to take full advantage of every space. House can run electrical hot water heat or propane. Electrical can be set up with on the grid or off the grid system.

The mini house can be used for living, camping, hunting and renting. plenty of storage, it's very easy to pick up and deliver anywhere in the world.
