26 ft THOW Sustainable and Low VOC materials

First of all, I apologize for the images being upside down and sideways. This custom built tiny house is like none other. Built with mostly sustainable and green materials for low VOC living. Built on a brand new Tiny Home Builders trailer. This house recently made the trip from Wisconsin to California and is ready to be sold immediately. The house runs on very little electricity with all LED lights and the refrigerator being Energy Star.

The stove/oven and on-demand tankless water heater run on propane. The composting toilet is an AirHead and the greywater runs into to a custom high grade water storage tank made for sailboats with hose fittings to water surrounding gardens. Large farm sink in kitchen set in front of massive window with large ledge for growing plants. The Pipsqueak wood-burning stove is plenty to heat the space with the manufacturer claiming it heats up to 500 sq. ft. There is also an electric radiant heat portable unit included that is controlled via app on Smartphone. There are 5 inches of closed-cell spray foam in the ceiling and floor and 3 inches in the walls. The walls are high moisture absorbing drywall. Surrounding the wood stove is vintage, salvaged "Cream City" brick veneer from Milwaukee and in the bathroom are handpainted Telavara tiles from Mexico.

The ceiling in corrugated aluminum and the roof is galvanized steel. The exterior is brand-new cedar siding with cedar trim. Windows (Marvin brand) and doors are brand new energy efficient with tempered glass. Front door has built in blinds. Two lofts, one for sleeping and one large storage loft both built from steel beams rather than wood for extra strength. Two closets with ample storage. Large Ofuro Japanese style stainless steel soaking tub and large vanity with four drawers. Beautiful Kohler sink in bathroom. This house is sturdy and built to last!
