Loft space above 4 foot porch. 30, 50 or 100 amp electric panel (your choice, cabin can be set up exactly like RV service with waste hook-up and electric hook-up) and all wiring and outlets are installed and ready for hookup at rear of cabin. in a panel with breakers, 4-6 or 8 inch tongue and groove unfinished pine paneling in interior, vinyl flooring is included with interior foil and R13 insulation throughout all walls, ceiling and flooring. wired for refrigerator and stove/ oven. 2 ceiling fans included, outside light and outlet. 2 smoke detectors and 2 fire extinguishers.

Everything is included in this turn key cabin, just add your appliances. Price includes FREE delivery (All lower 48 states) to your site and dropped off only. all permits, plumbing/electrical hook up and site preparation is the purchasers responsibility.

Allow 4-6 weeks for shipment as each cabin is custom built when ordered to each customers specifications. this cabin is an affordable option with everything already done and delivered to your site. 1/2 payment is due at time of purchase and final 1/2 due on day the cabin is loaded on truck for delivery. entrance and porch can be added on small side or long side, please specify by email when ordering. Construction will begin upon clearance of first installment. We accept Paypal (with fee's) or personal check (upon clearance) and bank transfers, 1st payment due within 5 days of purchase.
