Skoolie Tiny House

A well crafted and outfitted school bus conversion in running and driving condition. Ideal for stationary use and occasional trips. It was built as a passion project by my friend and I (both architects) during covid and was completed in 2023. The finishes and fixtures are all very high quality. The cost of the build excluding hundreds of hours of our time and labor was significantly higher than the asking price. For someone who owns some land or wants to run a small airbnb rental this could be the perfect setup.

It has a full xl size bed and a super comfortable bench seat with a Lagun swivel table. It has hot water, solar electricity, a gas cooktop, marble countertop, premium baltic birch cabinetry, a 12v fridge/freezer, 110v inverter, a dry flush toilet, exterior awning, max air fan, and many more amenities.
