All engine etc work necessary was completed by AAA Bus Sales before a short trip to Colorado…hasn’t been used since. Plans abruptly changed for our family. Not a thing wrong with the rig. ☺️

All typical amenities: simple composting toilet system w/diverter , gas range/oven, diesel heater (only thing that needs to be hooked up. Easy peasy) solar system, lights, twin Murphy bed with desk beneath, 2 pull out sofas (1 twin, 1 full mattress sized)…plumbing for bath/shower & kitchen sink w/on demand water heater…I’m sure I’m missing some amenities! 🙃
It’s about 80% “finished”. Needs someone’s aesthetic or, with lumber prices inflating, go ahead and repurpose what’s been built & create your own floor plan. Currently at a well kept, coded storage facility since end of summer 2020.
