SIP's Panels (Super Insulated), Cook's Dream Kitchen, 2 Lofts!

After living in my dream tiny home at 9200' in the Colorado Rockies for the last 5 years, it's time to downsize and move to my newly acquired property in NM. SIP's panel construction ensures you'll stay warm in winter and cool in the summer. The sleeping loft is approx 80 sq ft and the storage loft is big enough (approx 45 sq ft) to be used as a sleeping loft. Residential 4 burner propane stove, 10 cu ft LG fridge, Takagi instant on water heater, Morso convection wood stove, Nature's Head composting toilet, lots of beetle kill pine w/painted bead board, bamboo counters and floors, and a custom built, FSC, non-formaldehyde couch, and I'm leaving my 3 door antique ice box that my builder incorporated into the steps to the main loft ($1,000 off if you want to make that area a closet), Cedar sided with metal, with a bump out over the tongue for 2 20 gal propane tanks, and an extra storage "closet" on the other end. Located less than an hour drive west from Colorado Springs.
