SIP constructed 28' THOW (Work In Progress)

28' tiny house on wheels. It's about 90% completed, making a great DIY project for someone. It would also be great for modifications/remodeling, as there is no trim yet (only want one set of stairs? Tear one out! Want a skylight? Now is the time to add it!).

The main structure is SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) that make the house airtight, so it's very efficient to heat and cool. Enercept in South Dakota helped us design and manufacture the panels.

Much on the inside is recycled/reclaimed materials.

Utilities are run through the floor and into the ground. They aren’t tied into accessible plugs on the outside of the house, but that is easy to convert
We did all electric ourselves, following code. That said, nothing has been inspected/certified in this house
