This is a 1 bed ,1 bath home with beautiful kitchen and many upgrades, SS appliances, quartz counters, wood floors, propane fireplace, 3 sets of French doors, 1 leading to screened covered porch and the other 2 I had planned to lead onto a full length covered porch. Nice sized sitting room, very bright and bathroom with bath/shower, heated towel rail and overhead heater/fan. On demand electric hot water heater, water softener, washing machine, the propane fire heats the entire house, same has a thermostat you can set, ceiling fan in the living room, loft is a nice comfortable area with large closets, I use it for TV area and reading/guest room with futon but would be great large bedroom. Under the stairs I have a bar and small fridge extra storage under there as well.
