GENERAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR INFORMATION. Detailed instructions and a video will be provided with cabin.

Bottom

position the cabin and level and support it with four stacks of 8-inch block at each corner. Each layer is to be four blocks interlocked to prevent tipping. The bottom blocks should have the flat surface down to prevent sinking in softer material. The wheels can be removed to lower the cabin further.

Unfasten the metal side roof and temporarily support it with 2X4X10s at both ends and in the middle high enough to so the folding walls and roofs can be opened.

Lift one of the hinged roof sections enough and remove the three 4ft wide by 7 ft long floor extensions. Attach the floor extensions to the cabin opening with lag screws underneath and support at the other end with single row of eight-inch block. Level with shims.

After the three floor extensions are attached and leveled, raise each of the hinged 4ft wide wall panels sections and support temporarily at the free end with 2X4X8 attached to the outside of the floor extensions.

Once the three roof sections are lifted, unfold the hinged walls. Move and the three outer walls to the outer edge of the floor sections. Align all the walls and screw into place. Drop the ceiling down and fasten to the walls.

Lower the metal side roof so it is supported with the roof sections just installed. Fasten to the roof sections. You will need to use the removed 2X4X10 to support the over hung metal roof at the one end of the cabin.

Install steps

Second Floor

Lift the 4 feet wide hinged sidewall panels on both sides and screw into place.
