Secluded Spot in the Catskills - Tiny Home Parking

Our 28.7 acre plot is located at the end of a mile long dirt road that is well maintained by the State, and surrounded by 800+ acres of State park land (aka Clapper Hollow State Park), which boasts miles of cross country skiing trails.

Our property has two swimmable large ponds (or tiny lakes) and a few mossy patches in the woods that are pure magic in afternoon light.

There are a few clearings, perfect for a tiny house and a car or two, about 75 ft from the access road entrance.
And there’s extra ‘State parking’ just off our property, steps from our entry gate.

Last summer we improved a clearing and added a glamping tent.
