Tiny house on wheels, proven road worthy

With a heavy heart I’ve decided to sell my tiny house - it has served me well this year but it’s time for something new.

This house offers confidence in the construction to take it on the road, but the flexibility for you to customize the interior!

This tiny house is proven roadworthy, covering 10,000 miles this winter touring ski resorts of the North American west and providing everything I needed to live a comfortable life for months and getting questions every time I stop.  Fully insulated, thermostat controlled, with sink, faucet, toilet, couch, queen sized bed, high ceilings and plenty of storage.

This house is capable of up to 2 weeks off-grid living, with independent 12V system to run furnace and lights, and enough propane to last me a month in the mountains through the winter.  There is storage for 10 gallons of water, and 12V outlets for your devices

When on grid, this plugs into both 30 amp RV service, or household 20 amp service - it draws at most 8 amps currently, unless you plug in larger appliances.  When plugged into an AC source, the system will run both the AC and DC circuits as well as charge the batteries.  In practice, one night at a campground was plenty to recharge all the systems and refill water, however I’ll include the system I used to charge the batteries while driving that allowed me to only stop and fill up water, and stay off grid for 4 weeks.

This tiny house allows you to make your own interior choices - that’s the fun part!  The house is functional, but the interior is ultimately unfinished - the trim work hasn’t been completed, the bathroom door is included, but not installed, and the floor is currently plywood but ready for a final floor.
