You will also be helping someone in need in your community!  All the profits from building and selling these little homes will go to finance our "Rescue Ranch" project. This is a working ranch being built in Hartsel, CO

We currently offer 5 different sizes. Choose from 12, 16, 20, 24 & 28 ft. All tiny homes are 100% hand made to order. Every floor plan can be customized, but we have suggested a really good layout.

Yes! We deliver anywhere in the United States for $1.95 / mile. This includes a one-way trip from Broomfield, CO to your delivery location. You are not charged for the return trip.

Yes! We build each home to order. Together, we will consult your tiny home dreams. Then, we build your new home less than 30 days. We have over 70 donations being built, so any home you order today will be ready for delivery in about 7 months.
