40' Shipping Container TIny House

This container tiny house was built by start up company LIVE SIMPLY HOMES based outside of Phoenix, AZ. This container was constructed out for a 40' grade A shipping container. It was crafted to achieve R-19 wall insulation and R-30
roofing insulation. The exterior was constructed in a way to create a "floating stucco" so that it would withstand a variety of climates while still having enough flex to allow the container to be transported safely. This home has
stylish French doors and floor to ceiling Windows. Both are tinted which allows for extra insulation. We have constructed a hinged decking system that can be electrically winched up (completely covering/protecting the valuable window glass). The interior has a custome built queen bed with custome built cabinets and closets. The TV is built on a custome stand that allows it rotate 360
degrees between the living room and bedroom. The living room has plenty of room for a futon couch for guests. The home includes a mobile AC unit and a mobile heating unit. The home has a full kitchen, including stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and double stainless steel sink. The countertops are polished concrete. The bathroom is a 3/4 bath (PICTURES COMING SOON). It has a full 36" tiled shower, full size toilet, and bathroom vanity sink. Both the bedroom and bathroom are separated by sliding "barn doors". The home is powered by a 220v RV plug in along with water and sewer connections.
