28 foot Custom Tiny Home on Wheels, Like New- Salem, Oregon

This is a barely used custom designed double loft and 1 bedroom 28ft tiny house built by Mint Tiny Homes in 2016.  We have only stayed in it a handful of times and due to circumstances changing, have decided to sell it.  Please see the minttinyhomes.com website and click on Loft Edition to find more information about the design of the home and to learn more about the company that created this beautiful house.  Email if you would like a copy of the all the specifics.  Below is a summary of features of the house.

This home features:

- 10ft high ceilings with tongue and groove white painted walls and exposed 4 x 4 beams throughout.  Dark stained wood ceiling.

- Beautiful and extremely efficient Kimberly wood burning stove.

- Two sleeping lofts extended over the end wall of the home by 24" creating two 9ft L x 7 ft 4" W sleeping areas.  3 ft 6" high ceiling at center.  One opening 24" x 24" window and two 18" x 36" opening windows.  Removable ladder for easy access.

- Downstairs bedroom currently holding twin bunk beds.  Space is 54" W x 96" L.  Exposed beams throughout and opening sash windows.

- Full bathroom with a full sized 30 x 30 shower unit, wall mounted ceramic sink, frosted opening window, ventilation fan.  Paneling and beams as throughout the rest of the house.  Brand new composting toilet.

- A fully equipped kitchen with butcher block counter tops, stainless sink, 4 burner propane cooktop, exposed 4x4 roof beams, tracked lights.

- Wall A/C unit and recessed wall fan heaters.

- Within the legal size limits for transporting on the road. It is within the 8’6” width and 13’6” height limit, allowing it to be easily towed without a permit needed.  Sits on a custom built trailer frame complete with 3 x 5,000lb axles. GVW of 15,000lbs. 4 x 6,500lb corner stabilizers. Electric brakes and electric brake away system.
