The Heritage

This is a model we're calling The Heritage. It was built by us at Mountain Lake Tiny Homes north of Dallas, near Sadler Tx. The THOW is on a PJ Trailer with 7,000 # axles and heavy duty tires. We have board and bat siding with metal wainscot on the outside. Nice energy efficient single hung widows and sliders. It has a metal door with built in shade on the 1/2 glass.

The interior is pine T&G with a custom cedar T&G bathroom. The appliances are propane and include stainless steel refrigerator and range. It has an on demand propane hot water heater, full toilet and sewer hook ups for septic or RV connections. The electrical service is 50 amp RV and there is a mini-split AC/heater unit. The flooring is water resistant laminate.

The loft is 8'x8' and is accessible by a moveable ladder/step. There's still some room left for customizing the interior with built-in cabinet or seating/bed storage areas.
