Adorable 20' RVIA Tumbleweed Tiny House

~Was a shell so cedar siding, weather protective under panel, RV style double paned windows, door, electric, plumbing all finished by tumbleweed. They also build lofts with pine, built in stairs with drawers, small closet, sleeping loft with dormers, and skylight.

~It has full hookups, RV style toilet, 50 Amp electric, propane for stove and tankless water heater, it has port for gas stove but I had not put one in, has washer dryer hookups but haven't put one in. I have a portable heat pump for heat, AC, and dehumidifier that drips out floor and mini fridge with freezer compartment that can stay if needed.

~All walls are locally Washington sourced wood (mix of hemlock and cedar), and has 15 fiberglass insulation.

~It's just at 10,000 lbs weight, has trailer with two 10,000 lb axles with auto brakes, I still have original books from tumbleweed and pictures from the build.

~You can stay where it is parked also which is a park like property with a creek and labyrinth right next to it. Land lord charges $1000 a month which includes all utilities and internet.
