Must be a down to earth and kind person, as our family lives on this property. RV or Tiny House needs to be attractive. Pets welcome, but no dogs please. Max length for unit is 24’ due to curved driveway.

Base rent: $700, $150 for power, $50 for water. Fast internet on site for no additional charge. Total of $900/month. Effluent can be deposited into the main house's septic tank. Parking for 1 vehicle on site. Additional parking available if needed.

Hot tub on site and available to use if communicated.
